Contexte et Enjeux

Nous devions faire face à une croissance forte et le risque était de ne pas pouvoir absorber l’augmentation de volume. Donc nous devions rapidement réduire nos gaspillages

Il fallait :

• Supprimer les erreurs d’adressage
• Réduire de 50% les réclamations clients
• Impliquer l’ensemble des opérationnels
• Mettre en place un rituel récurrent

Face à l’enjeu et son délai (moins de 6 mois), nous avons choisi d’utiliser le Lean pour nous aider dans ce challenge :

• Formation aux outils de la Résolution De Problèmes
• Mise en flux de tout le processus de production
• 5S, hoshin des postes et management visuel
• Séances de coaching à la recherche de causes racines.
