Caroline has started her career at Procter & Gamble where she held diverse positions in Supply Chain services and accompagny numerous change projects.
Manager, mentor and recruiter, she has always been convinced by importance of people : support men and women through this transformations serving compagny performance is part of her DNA.
Curious and interested about professional coaching, she trained to it at the same time of her Supply Chain missions. After 2 years exploring, she decides to make coaching her sole activity.
Today Caroline coaches leaders, teams and students in their individual and team transformations. It is important for her to create a confidence relationship to support deep réflexions with gentleness and attention. She knows how to use her intuition to challenge her clients serving their transformation. Vibrant, pragmatic and positive, Caroline likes to coach her client to reconnect to their body and mind : « Mens sana in corpore sano ». She is convinced that this reconnexion is one the key to make sure they act.
Finally, she works so that everyone becomes aware of their own singularity and talents to perform at their full potential for themselves and their team.
